Was not bad at all. I made the mistake of reading some of the RUclips comments that said it went terribly for them. But in my case it went pretty well. I had to drink this foamy white liquid. Mine was flavored like vanilla kinda tastes like a shake. Just had to take a few sips when they asked me too. I did have to lay down for one of the parts but that went fine too. They also try to have you take a pill but I didn’t take it since ultimately it wasn’t mandatory. It didn’t take too long either. So really I was nervous for nothing. Don’t worry about your test it'll go just fine.

I have it.
The heel taping has really helped me. I am still recovering, but the heel taping has seriously cut the pain I’m experiencing. That, plus doing the exercises the PT prescribes for me to do at home.
I encourage any PWS to check out Lee Lovett's WSSA program and book, Stop Stuttering Short Course: How to Break the Stuttering Code. It's Neuroscience Method to stop stuttering offers an holistic approach.
Would like to have an update and find out if this person ending up ever needing a hip replacement, or if removing loose bodies through the arthroscopy prevented that.

Do you do this after the person just finished an activity involving a lot of foot use like running etc? My condition is painful after any foot heavy activity no matter how often I do them and in a lost cases. After the activity and upon after sitting for a short while… pain is terrible.

My husband stutters too. It used to be worse when he was a teenager and apparently therapy helped. I have noticed that my husband stutters more when he is stressed, anxious, or just too exited. When he is calm I don’t even recall him stuttering.
